Do You Offer Shipping, and How Long Does Dispatch Take?
Humn Hide currently offers shipping across India through our authorized courier and delivery partners.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours of being placed.
Please note that order processing may be delayed on Sundays, national holidays, or during periods of exceptionally high order volume, sales, or promotional campaigns.
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline will depend on your location and the courier partner's serviceability.
Where Do You Deliver?
Humn Hide delivers orders to serviceable pin codes across India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier partner and the location provided at checkout.
If a pin code is not serviceable, the order may not be accepted or may require an alternate delivery address.
What Should I Do at the Time of Delivery?
We recommend carefully inspecting your package at the time of delivery.
If you notice that the package is visibly damaged, tampered with, or appears to have been opened, please inform the delivery partner immediately and, where possible, record the issue at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact the Humn Hide Customer Service team as soon as possible and follow the applicable requirements under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing the relevant tracking details.

What Happens If I Am Unavailable at the Time of Delivery?
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.
If the order cannot be delivered after the applicable delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
